Yes.  All donors are strictly confidential.  Community Projects for Seniors has never and will never rent, show, share, sell, or give any donor’s name, address, phone number, or contribution information to any person, business, charity, organization, or entity.

Where is Community Projects for Seniors located?

3211 S Lake Drive in Saint Francis, Wisconsin is near Cudahy and Bayview.  Our office is inside the Marian Center for Nonprofits (the old St. Mary’s Academy) on South Lake Dr, which leases office space only to nonprofit organizations.

If you are coming from the North: take East Oklahoma Ave to Lake Dr and turn right (South), the Marian Center for Nonprofits is approximately 4 blocks south of East Oklahoma. Pull into the 3rd driveway on the right and look for our sign.

If you are coming from the South: take Howard, Layton, or Packard to South Lake Dr and turn left (North), we are approximately 1/4 to 1/2 mile down the road. We are the first driveway after the “Saint Francis Seminary” sign.

Enter at the door that has two signs: “Gym” and “Marian Center for Nonprofits 3211 S Lake Dr.” You can take the stairs or the elevator to the 2nd floor.  Just look for Suite #217.

Where does Community Projects for Seniors get its funding?

Our funds come from private sources, including individuals, businesses, foundations, groups and clubs, and fund raisers. We do not rely on government funds or grants.

We are governed by a Board of Directors. Click here to see our Board Members

How does Community Projects for Seniors find the seniors it serves?

We communicate with one Contact Person at each of the 200 sites.  This person receives our sign-up sheets in the mail and is responsible for communicating with us about our meals and events.  This Contact Person may be a manager, assistant manager, activity director, social worker, volunteer, or tenant.

If you know of a low-income senior subsidized housing site we are currently not servicing, we would be happy to add it. (Sorry, we do not deliver to any sites that are not low-income nor do we deliver to individual houses.)
